The Ivy League is a group of private colleges & universities located in the northern US. The Ivy League consists of about 8 universities. These institutions are known for their long-standing history, academic excellence, and prestigious reputation. These universities are Brown University, Columbia University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, Princeton University and Yale University.
Getting into the Ivy League is very competitive. Students need a strong GPA. High SAT score, interest in extracurricular activities, volunteering experience, letter of recommendation. An average score of 100+ is required in TOEFL, 7.0 to 8.0 bands in IELTS & 155 to166 in Verbal Reasoning & 155 to170 in Quantitative Reasoning for the GRE.
