My experience with Jyoti Mam was great. She is well-spoken and very polite. She explained everything in detail and with great politeness and patience. From the beginning of the process she was interactive and at times she used to notify me of every upcoming step in my application process. I never experienced any sort of rudeness from her. Overall I would recommend ASAC to everyone who is planning to study in the UK. She is very well- aware of the complete application process and her way of explaining is very easy to understand.
